My God I’m so grateful. I was already in little Tokyo and wanted a matcha. A quick google search lead me to this place and it’s said to be the best in LA. I think, I can agree with that statement. What in grateful is it was a Saturday evening, they work till 8pm. All other days they close at 5pm and Monday they are closed. I ordered oatmeal matcha latte , it was 6.50 and worth it

High quality matcha! They sell it to make at home too. Theo keep it simple. Note: they do not have dairy milk options. I really want to try their matcha soft serve next time (this one is dairy)

I've been to Tea Master many many times and I finally got my wonderful wife to try this shop and safe to say that she absolutely loves this place. Tea Master is a MUST visit whenever around Little Tokyo and even more of a must try for matcha lovers. Parking can be complicated as the plaza is tight, popular, and moderate in amount of spots. It's also paid parking, cash only. ($4) Recommend either this plaza or structures around Little Tokyo and doing a small walk to the shop. There's 2 outdoor seating spots, no interior seating but the interior is very much styled to "japanese cafe" very cute and has a calm interior, love the interior decorations. The matcha soft serve is the signature look here and it's almost like a guilty pleasure because of how creamy it is. It almost seems...healthy? It has a perfect balance of sweetness and cream blend. I love the matcha dust on the soft serve which creates that melt like feeling, very very delicious and addicting. There's drinks as well so I will definitely be back to try those whenever I have the chance, amazing soft serve matcha, staff are professional, friendly, and my favorite ice cream spot by far. 10/10

I was craving matcha one afternoon while walking around Little Tokyo and stumbled upon Tea Master Cafe tucked around the corner in a mid-sized plaza with plenty of parking. Easy to find, easy to get into. Walking in, the staff was warm and welcoming right away, which made the whole vibe feel comfortable. They also had matcha tea sets, matcha powder, and other matcha goods available for purchase inside, which was a nice touch. I ordered a matcha oat latte and a matcha soft serve ice cream. For the latte, I’m not usually a sweet drinker, but it actually ran a little less sweet than I would have liked, it’s still good, just something to note if you have a preference either way. The soft serve was creamy and smooth, but the matcha flavor took a back seat, I personally like a stronger matcha punch. Overall, a solid stop. I left satisfied and continued my walk through Little Tokyo, sipping my tea and devouring the ice cream.

This is the most unforgettable matcha ice cream I have ever had! It tastes so soft ,creamy and smooth in ur mouth. Neither too bitter nor sweet! It’s a great thing to have a cup of this matcha ice cream after eating the Uni pasta nearby and walk along the way back to our car. Relaxing ☺️
